On January 10, 2025, in Piotrków Trybunalski, we had the opportunity to participate in an internal INTERMAG training session. This event allowed our employees to deepen their knowledge of key areas in modern agriculture.
A program packed with knowledge
The training began with a session on microbiology, where our guest, PhD Piotr Chohura from Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, discussed the significance of microorganisms in crop cultivation. PhD Chohura detailed the mechanisms through which microorganisms support plant growth, health, and development. Participants also learned about practical applications and the effects of using microbiological products, thanks to a presentation by our expert, PhD Radosław Wilk.

Next, the focus shifted to biostimulants, one of the pillars of innovative agricultural solutions. Dr. hab. Marzena Brodowska from the University of Life Sciences in Lublin explained the role of biostimulation in agriculture. Special attention was given to products such as TYTANIT and OPTYSIL, highlighting their mode of action and strategies for optimizing plant growth and yield. Thanks to practical examples, participants could see how biostimulation is applied in the daily work of farmers. Presentations on these biostimulants were delivered by our experts, PhD Wojciech Kępka and PhD. Anna Konieczny.

The final session was dedicated to innovative fertilizers. PhD. Piotr Chohura discussed the role of micronutrients in efficient plant nutrition, and PhD Wojciech Kępka connected this knowledge to our products, the innovative fertilizers AMINO ULTRA and PLONVIT NUTRIBOOST. The concluding discussion provided an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas.

Development and innovation for the future of agriculture
The knowledge gained during this training enables us to respond even better to the needs of modern farmers. Together, we are shaping the future of agriculture based on science, innovation, and sustainable development.
Thank you to all participants for your active involvement and engagement!
